What Does Sifu Z Eat?

I eat the equivalent of 1 square meal a day. I start nibbling some time after noonish and by 5pm consume the bulk of my calories. Some call this “intermittent fasting”. I eat small amounts of meat. No alcohol. Minimal sweets. And never enough water… lol 😂 🫗

Bottom line. Eat from the food pyramid but don’t eat a lot. Adjusting to this diet takes less than a week. The peak of my energy is early morning and early evening.
